Well, its been a while, but heres the work I've done on her (and when I get the chance, I'm moving this website to aone which has a blog which I can post photos on!) Anyway, I have now shaded in her wings but I'm not happy with the way I've done it, so Im going to go over the shading with white and turn to pastels so I can do a neater job. (Am I too much of a perfectionist?) Her white dress has been shaded as well, and I have glued it all together and puttyed it, but need to smooth it all over before I can do a final coat + shading. The hat has been painted, but I had to re-sand down some rough parts I had missed but those have again been repainted. I now need to do a nice layer of shading on the hat, and it 'should' be finished. The baubles has been filed down and pinned, and I just need to clean them then add a base before painting them. Photos to follow shortly. I have also stripped her face and arms of paint (to dark!!), and also re-puttyed and sanded her face, to get rid of those damned pinholes.
